Principali Attività
- Raccogliere e verificare i dati per progetti di **_Investment_** DD;**:
- Portare a termine analisi strategiche su diversi progetti di _Investment_ DD;
- Scrivere relazioni di stima, _investment_ memorandum sia in italiano che in inglese;
- Collaborare all'interno di team di valutazione su progetti internazionali;
- Mantenere contatti regolari con i Clienti.
Requisiti
**Fondamentali/Must have**
- Laurea in **economia o ingegneria;**:
- Conoscenza del mercato immobiliare e finanziario.
**Preferenziali/Nice to have**
- Conoscenza della terminologia di valutazione e finanziaria;
- Buone capacità di analisi finanziaria e capacità di scrivere report;
- Avanzate competenze orali e scritte (in inglese);
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT e Outlook.
