Valentina, our Merchant Success Team Leader, is looking for a Merchant Success Specialist for our Spanish Market to join their team as Scalapay is migrating all its merchants to our Payment Institute. This role is based in Milan and is going to be a 1 year fixed contract (with possibility of renewal)

You Will:

- Be responsible of the documents collection from our spanish merchants
- Support the migration process for our payment institute
- Follow up with the merchants for the contracts to be signed
- Back Office time - data entry for all the merchants that are being onboarded to our new platform.

Expected key results:

- Accelerate the time to online process in a proper way
- Improve the onboarding experience
- Decrease the issues merchants can have during the onboarding process

**You’ll be great for this role if**:

- Spanish (advanced level) is a must
- Good english knowledge (any additional language is a great added value)
- Data-driven and very organised, you like things to run like a machine
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you can break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- You’re a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we’re looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
- You are a team player
