Il Baglioni Hotel Regina di Roma è alla ricerca di 1 ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER.

Il profilo supporterà l'Executive Housekeeper nell'organizzare e mantenere il livello di eccellenza in tutte le aree dell'Hotel, camere ed ambienti comuni, nel rispetto degli standard Pellicano Hotels.

Gestirà il reparto Housekeeping assicurando una buona comunicazione interna ed esterna con tutti i collaboratori e gli ospiti dell'hotel.

Supervisionerà il team della lavanderia con efficienza e professionalità in ogni momento.

L'Assistant Executive Housekeeper sarà a stretto contatto con gli altri collaboratori in modo solidale e flessibile, concentrandosi sulle attività quotidiane dell'hotel e sulla soddisfazione degli ospiti.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, inglese scritta e parlata e del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
- Capacità di lavorare in Team.
- Buone capacità di ascolto e comunicazione, capacità di anticipare le esigenze dell’Ospite e sviluppare relazioni positive.
