Which is why InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is looking for a Cocktail Bar Waiter/Waitress that helps the Barman to make every guest experience truly memorable.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Setting the tables
- Organizing the Bar’s mise en place
- Greet and receive customers
- Taking orders and being able to suggest drinks
- Runner between kitchens & Bar to serve dishes to tables
- Clean equipment and tables
- Handle the bill and cash register if necessary
- Coffee art expert
- If necessary deliver room service meal
- Acknowledging service standards and sequence of service
- Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service
- Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests
- Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Focus on food allergies and intolerance
- Using the POS system.
- Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, and public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
- Attend staff training
- Reporting to Bar Manager / Mixologist
