Per la nostra sede centrale di Firenze siamo alla ricerca di un Cluster Revenue Manager. Lo svolgimento dell'attività sarà presso la sede degli uffici centrali di Human Company e supporterà il Direttore revenue.

Il ruolo di Cluster Revenue Manager

Il Cluster Revenue Manager si occupa di definire, implementare e monitorare strategie di prezzo e gestione dell’inventario su tutti i canali distributivi incluse le OTA al fine di ottimizzare la vendita e valorizzare al meglio la redditività. Coordina e gestisce la relazione con i BackOffice/centro Prenotazione per le Strutture del proprio perimetro al fine di fluidificare l’attività di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di Revenue prefissati

**Attività**:
Sviluppa e gestisce strategie di prezzo ed inventario riferito al proprio cluster

Analizza i Trends e monitora i KPI per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Revenue

Produce reportistica

Si confronta periodicamente e in maniera strutturata con i Back Office di struttura e con il Responsabile CBO

Si assicura che i Back office di struttura e CBO siano allineati técnicamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Revenue

Monitora la concorrenza ed esegue attività di Benchmarking

Monitora la correttezza dei dati relativi al revenue inseriti nel PMS

Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti del Revenue Manager (PMS, Channel Manager, RMS)

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (è gradita la conoscenza di Microsoft Power BI)

Ottima capacità di analisi dei dati
Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
Completano il profilo capacità di problem solving, orientamento al cliente nonché forte spirito di squadra.
