**Public Monitoring** is the line of services of KPMG Advisory S.p.A. exclusively dedicated to services for public administrations, that supports its customers in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and organizations, addressing the increase in economic and financial performance.

We are looking for young graduates/graduates who have an interest in taking part in project streams related to **EU policy and legislation** (with a focus on technical assistance for the programming, management, monitoring and control of FESR/FSE+ co-financed programs) and **digital transformation** (with a specific focus on support in the activities of efficiency and integration of the most relevant business processes for business functions, including through the implementation of new management systems).
- accounting organization and internal control systems;
- analysis, design and reengineering of public accounting procedures;
- technical assistance to the FESR/FSE+ co-financed programs for central and/or regional administrations;
- definition of models and systems to support the government and the programming of the resources of the public administrations also in sight of PNRR;
- set up of new structures, organizational models and change management.
- master’s degree, preferably in Economics/Engineering Management;
- interest in working, within the Public Sector industry, on issues of digital transformation and/or national and structural funds;
- good knowledge of the functioning of the PA and the models of management and control systems of the EU programs (Audit Authorities, Certifying Authorities and Managing Authorities);
- excellent knowledge of English;
- excellent knowledge of the Office package.

The profile is completed by a strong ability to work for objectives and a strong attitude to problem solving, good communicative and relational skills, focus on the customer, enthusiasm and high motivation for professional growth, natural propensity to work in teams and willingness to frequent travel.
