**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Logistics Specialist** che sarà inserito all’interno della Direzione Logistics & Operations.
Sarai coinvolto/a in particolare nello sviluppo del business Out-Of-Home, in un contesto dinamico e in forte evoluzione, che ha l’obiettivo di contribuire alla crescita del nostro network di spedizioni e consegne flessibili per migliorare l’esperienza di acquisito dei nostri clienti.
**Il Logistics Specialist si occuperà di**:
- Gestire il business Out-of-Home: supervisione dell’operatività di trasporto, analisi e risoluzione delle diverse tipologie di problematiche operative relative alla rete Locker e alle attività svolte dai negozi BRT - Fermopoint
- Gestione reportistica da fornire al dipartimento finance
- Gestione costi
- Relazionarsi con le filiali operative ed il comparto di assistenza clienti di BRT, per indagare problematiche, cause e trovare soluzioni relativamente alle spedizioni/ordini
- Interagire con il team di Fermopoint (società del Gruppo BRT) per indagare problematiche e cause e per trovare soluzioni relativamente ai negozi della rete BRT - Fermopoint o Locker;
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza preferibile di 1 anno in ruoli attinenti all’ambito logística/operations, customer services, commerciale back office (preferibilmente nel settore logística e trasporti)
- Laurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente ambito STEM, Ingegneria Gestionale)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
