**Tasks**
- ** Role**:

- Working in the team of Global Sustainability with primary function to support on Business Development, Business plan, Project management for new and existing business within Business Assurance Division. Development of strategies to provide new services in Sustainability field. Development of long-lasting sustainable solutions in collaboration with other departments. Be responsible and / or be engaged in the development of new services including the roll out in the Operative Legal entities. With your understanding on Sustainability frameworks (e.g. CSRD, GRI, SASB) and normative elements (e.g. CSDD, LKSG, ISO standards) you will be able to manage international teams in the development, scaling and roll out of key products. A strategic mindset as well ability to coordinate project teams will be required in the function.
- Design of product development steps
- Management of projects and team in autonomy
- Elaborate and communicate product requirements to internal and external team members, including workshop facilitation.
- Produce reports providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
- You will have knowledge, or first-hand experience, in most or all of the following areas: sustainable development agendas and future trends across the broad spectrum of environmental, social and governance issues, sustainability reporting and reporting standards, sustainability strategy and new trends within the Business Assurance market

**Requirements** - Master’s degree - Confirmed experience in Sustainability field and ability to work on your own initiative - Team Management experience (team size 3/5 collaborators) or Project team coordinator (functional over 10 members) - Ability to move across businesses and scales with a creative mindset and truly passionate about creating a meaningful sustainable impact on projects and organisations - Project Management skills - Presentation skills (oral and written) - Fluent in both English and Italian language. **Preferred** Deep Knowledge of European and international sustainability reporting standards Have qualification as assurance provider Deep international team management experience
