**SCOPO DELLA FUNZIONE**

L’Unità Organizzativa Risorse Umane ed organizzazione, in coerenza con le politiche e direttive della Presidenza, opera al fine di ottenere il massimo contributo dei collaboratori alla realizzazione degli obiettivi dell’organizzazione.

Per questo ricerca il consenso di tutte le componenti dell’organizzazione, favorendo la soddisfazione dei collaboratori, un positivo clima sociale ed uno stile di management partecipativo, rivolto alla crescita professionale delle persone, e quindi del Sistema Organizzativo.

**FINALITA’**

Condividendo la mission dell’Associazione, la risorsa avrà la possibilità di definire e seguire l’intero processo di selezione, intervenendo in tutte le fasi di screening, colloquio, valutazione, selezione e definizione contrattuale delle risorse necessarie ai diversi progetti, attività ed aree dell’Associazione

**ATTIVITA’**
- aggiornamento protocolli con le Università
- analisi bisogni dell’Associazione
- definizione ruoli, responsabilità
- definizione profili e loro pubblicazione
- screening curricula
- pianificazione colloqui
- valutazione
- partecipazione alle fasi di selezione finali

**REQUISITI**:
Laurea triennale in materie umanistiche in linea con il profilo;
Specializzazione o esperienza nell’ambito specifico;
Ottima capacità relazionale e di lavoro in team;
Conoscenza delle nuove tecnologie;
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (B2-C1);
Disponibilità a trasferte;
Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver svolto attività simili in strutture non profit, associazioni a carattere internazionale seppure per brevi periodi;
