- You will be responsible for the development of the assigned brand projects through the achievement of specific growth objectives.
- As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic marketing team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the full marketing mix and will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall brand strategy.- RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the BM in development and execution of annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy/plans for the assigned segments of the brand
- Work with other functions (Trade Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Finance and Supply) to develop and execute successful Brand Plans initiatives within timescales and budget
- Support the BM in fueling future innovation pipeline with consumer centric mindset, in conjunction with global category coordinating the development process until in market launch
- Deliver Best in Class activations in cooperation with stakeholders, developing communication campaigns and delivering local adaptations of global campaigns, leading and coordinating external agencies.
- Ensure deployment of brand activation, clearly communicating brand vision and priorities via quarterly presentation of brand strategy and activation to Sales teams
- Utilize category and consumer insight to identify growth opportunities and drive innovative marketing initiatives
- P&L accountability

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- MSc Degree in Economics or marketing
- 2 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG/pharma sectors, Fluency in English
- Financial and analytical acumen and P&L management
- Ownership and autonomy, capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organisation
