**VIE CIB Strategic Marketing Officer - MILAN M/F**

**Your daily routine?**

The Strategic Marketing team works side-by-side with the Sales team in order to promote investment solutions (such as derivatives and structured products, bonds, quantitative funds) within the Italian market. The team is in charge of structuring and optimizing the right strategies - both on product and communication marketing - to communicate and sell the products to a wide range of client segments (financial advisors, distribution networks, private banks).

Working together with trading, structuring and sales, the full comprehension of the products and the innovative approach to the market are essential features to the success of the team.

Based in the Sales and Structuring room in Milan, your main missions include:

- Market watch: competition and market trends analysis
- Development and innovation of marketing strategies (payoff explanations, product pitches, brochures, follow-up and development of internet websites and digital tools)
- Creation of marketing campaigns for important Italian distributors on a wide range of products
- Client facing missions
- Participation to the development of advertising campaigns for the Italian market
- Coordination of marketing operations (briefs of design agencies, events, web team, etc )

**The working environment is important**

The Italian Distribution team is in charge of the distribution of cross-asset structured products in the Italian market. It encompasses a wide range of products, activities and distribution channels. The products range goes from Investment and Leverage Certificates to funds and insurance solutions while the distribution channels include BNL, Retail & Private banks, financial networks and the so-called direct listing for self-directed clients. The Marketing & Communication team support transversally all the activities of the Distribution team, for what marketing, communication and events are concerned. The MCE Italy team is divided by Milan and Lisbon. However, the communication between the two team is very high even if the distance.

**The next steps?**

This mission will allow you to actively participate in the growth of BNP Paribas in the structured products industry in Italy.

This position will provide you with a cross-cutting and multi-business knowledge of the Group. In particular, you will communicate constantly with different divisions of the team located throughout BNPP: Legal, Compliance, Digital and Design. You will develop your skills in project management, contribute to innovation, in particular to innovation on the marketing strategies to be applied.

**Are you our next **VIE CIB Strategic Marketing Officer**?**

You have a master’s degree majoring in Marketing and Communication or Management. You have gained a minimum of 6 months’ experience (internships and work-study program included) in those fields, ideally in the banking sector.

You have some ability to understand and to explain the change, to manage a project and to set up relevant performance indicators.

You have a good team spirit with abilities to collaborate and to adapt. Your ability to analyze will also be an asset to progress on this mission.

You speak fluent Italian and English and you have a good command of the “Pack MS Office”, of Google Analytics and Power BI.
