- ** Role: GNS Agent**:

- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
- Track and Trace files and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
- Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
- Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
- Work with other departments (Ocean, Air) to manage and integrate goods into the network using ground services

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- ** Good computer skills (Excel, Word)**:

- ** Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)**
