The Role: Front Office Agent / Bartender

This isn’t your typical hotel job. As a multi-tasking Moxy Crew Member, you’ll be the face, the vibe, and the energy of the hotel. You’ll switch effortlessly between roles—welcoming guests at the front desk, mixing drinks at the bar, answering calls, prepping snacks, and always keeping the good vibes going.

Responsibilities Include:
Greet guests with style and serve up that signature Moxy welcome drink

Manage check-ins and check-outs the Moxy way

Serve drinks, make great coffee, and operate the bar like a pro

Keep the lobby and front-of-house areas clean and “Insta-ready”

Assist with food prep, stock control, back-of-house cleaning

Be flexible with shifts - early, late, night, weekdays and weekends

Create fun moments and surprise activations that guests will love

Promote Marriott Bonvoy and live the Moxy brand in everything you do

Follow all health, safety, alcohol licensing and food handling rules

Support your crew mates and play your part in delivering the full Moxy experience

What You Bring:
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or service

Passion for travel, people and great design

Fluent in Italian & English (other languages = a plus)

Knowledge of Opera / Infrasys Shiji is a bonus

Valid HACCP certification preferred

Food safety and licensing law knowledge

Social media savvy? Even better.

Your Personality:
High-energy and fearless with a DIY attitude

Great with people and not afraid to start a conversation

Know how to work hard while having fun

Understand that “laid-back” doesn't mean “laid-around”
