**Job Purpose**:
- Responsible for Film projects supports at undirect customer Tier 1 and OEM, promote FIM and XtraForm with professional technical knowledge and Automotive plastic projects backgrounds. _
**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Support commercial team on new business development_
- To provide technical support at Tier1 and OEM for new project developing, drawing feasibility study, follow up project progress and action plan, building up good relationship with key person at Tier1s and OEMs, create a competitive advantage for sales team by successfully positioning our technology and building preference for XtraForm solution. To bring profitable sales volume growth by develop new opportunities and win new projects at Tier 1s an OEMs. Focus on Automotive market but not limited._
- 2. Identify and collect market trend and future needs _
- To be active at interrelated markets to understand the market trends and needs, communicate the market needs internally and support for continue innovation. Understands our position at the markets._
- 3. Supporting on enhance customer satisfaction _
- The voice of customer insider our company, coordinates the involvement of company resources, including products, sales and technical support, customer services, to meet customers’ expectations_
- 4. Understand and learn the competitors’ products and technologies._
- Try to understand the advantage and disadvantage of our films compare to the other products/technology in the market._
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Requires a BS/BA degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience of project management of equipment manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communicator and leadership skills.
