As a result of this growth, we are looking for a bright Operations Analyst to join the team based in our Milan office.
The role
The Operations Analyst will support the Team evaluating current processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and maintaining reporting and analytics, as well as providing general operational support.
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for collecting data and compiling reports and data analysis across different departments. This data collection will help us understand MotorK workforces and support strategic decisions. Also:

- Manage employee data in the IS system and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and analyse reports to internal stakeholders to identify trends
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and design systems or upgrades or suggest additions to meet these needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure operations are in alignment with organisational goals
- Prepare and produce metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Fix issues, glitches and system problems
- Support cross-area activities and other projects

**Requirements**:
Our ideal Operations Analyst Intern will be a proactive and eager learner.
**As well as**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient level of English. Knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Working pattern and location
- 40 hours per week, Internship contract
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid role from our Milan office
