The Electrical Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for the performance of the EE team, working to increase department capabilities through team and individual development. This is a hands-on position within the EE group, contributing to design decisions and supporting design quality. The team leader identifies continual improvements to ensure design procedures are cost effective and aligned to business/product requirements.

The team leader supports the team to drive performance, serviceability, manufacturability and profitability of the systems. Working with system’s engineers, the team leader defines specifications for electronic architectures, optimized for quality, cost, scalability, profitability and performance.

**What you will do**:

- Interact with MS engineers: the Electrical Engineering Team Leader will participate with the product division engineers during all phases of projects and will deliver a defined EE architecture that offers some options with a good level of maturity or feasibility demonstrated; In this phase he(she) will also focus on interfaces specifications. Should play a leadership role in design reviews
- Assist MS engineers with root cause analysis and technical support
- Interact with electronics discipline: The Electrical Engineering Team Leader must stay connected with the global design approach for the company
- Investigate and recommend tools for architectural integration
- Support continuous improvement through best practice development
**What you need to have**:

- BSEE with 10+ years’ experience in the EE profession
- Demonstrated leadership of development teams and projects
- Experience with product and project cost management tools and methodologies
- System and Electro Mechanical design experience are a plus
- Experience with SPAC Automazione design tool a plus
- Experience bringing designs from concept to production
- Experience obtaining agency approvals for EMC compliance and product safety
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator. Must be able to speak Italian and English
- Working knowledge of Model Based Design
- Working knowledge of power architectures and power distribution
- The ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments in a mature and resilient manner
- Ability to work cross functionally and a strong passion for delivering team-oriented goals
