**JOB PURPOSE**

The Events Specialist ensures the correct production of all image and corporate events, presentations, fashion shows, trunk shows, parties, artistic and cultural special events, exhibitions, dinners. The role operates within the Communication team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In accordance with his/her manager, to be responsible for all the aspects connected to the conception and realization of events, cooperate with the all involved company functions interpreting creative briefs.
- To contribute to the realization of events by searching locations, defining timings, sets, budgets; is responsible of the supervision of the service activities such as catering, security, casting, fittings, logistics, mailing lists.
- Monitor dedicated budget, plans activities, timing and realization costs.
- Contribute to find new vendors and suppliers for the implementation of events conducting negotiations within the assigned budget.
- Check competitors’ activities in the areas of responsibility.
- Collect and analyse Subsidiaries needs.
- Produce a qualitative and quantitative reporting on organized events.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Similar 3-year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industry
Prior experience in coordinating fashion show and backstage
Relational, managerial and organizational skills
Interest and attitude towards fashion and luxury products
Very good knowledge of English and preferably of a second language.
