Umana S.p.A. cerca PROJECT MANAGER per un’importante azienda del territorio operante nel settore dell'industria meccanica, dei macchinari e della lavorazione metalli. Ti occuperai della gestione e programmazione della produzione, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi previsti. Avrai la responsabilità di coordinare le diverse fasi del progetto, dalla pianificazione alla realizzazione, interfacciandoti con i vari reparti aziendali e con i fornitori. Sarai inoltre il punto di riferimento per il cliente, a cui garantirai un costante aggiornamento sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione e programmazione della produzione: dovrai assicurare il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi previsti per ogni progetto.
- Coordinamento delle diverse fasi del progetto: dalla pianificazione alla realizzazione, dovrai coordinare le attività dei vari reparti aziendali e dei fornitori.
- Interfaccia con il cliente: sarai il punto di riferimento per il cliente, a cui garantirai un costante aggiornamento sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto.
- Gestione delle risorse: avrai la responsabilità di gestire le risorse umane e materiali necessarie per la realizzazione del progetto.

Requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale (o specialistica) in Ingegneria Meccanica o affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Project Management, preferibilmente nel settore dell'industria meccanica.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione.
- Capacità di gestire il rapporto con il cliente e di lavorare per obiettivi.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Project Management.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire il personale.
- Disponibilità a lavorare full time dal lunedì al venerdì: 08.00/12.00-13.00/17.00.
- Scopo assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
