This position is within Siemens Regional Solution & Services (RSS) and will support Italy Service Business developing Digital Service Center (DSC) in digital service fulfilment. You will drive consultant digital services delivery (remote, cloud based, analytics and data driven) by supervising, analyzing and elaborating data from the building also with validated outcome service contracts. You will also work very closely with the support of Regional HQ and offer valuable field experience and insight. Working with sales and client service manager resources, you are encouraged to assist in generating and managing highly qualified digital service support and increase the understanding & value perception of RSS’s digital capabilities, both internally and externally.

**Your Challenge**
- Collaborate with Regional HQ support to understand, discuss and analyze reports
- Understand customer’s needs and support them with accurate consultant digital services especially the ones related to energy efficiency and their implementation
- Participate in the development and delivery of demonstrations, live or via webinar, to key decision makers detailing the value of the service to their business
- Verify data quality, Analysis and suggest Improvements
- Support sales/customers with recommendations

**What you need to bring with you**
You should already have proven experience in Building Automation Systems, together with:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, understanding of Service and Solutions Businesses.
- Understanding of Branch Organizational Structures.
- Energy Engineering expertise
- Understanding of Building Data Analytics, such as Fault Detection & Diagnostics.
- Account Management as well as new business development experience.
- You possess an outgoing personality, are able to present yourself and Siemens in a professional and positive way and you are a great team member.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
