Per il ristorante di L'AQUILA siamo alla ricerca di un/a ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER.

**MANSIONI**:

- Affiancare il Restaurant Manager nel gestire l’operatività di tutte le attività sala/banco bar/ cassa e pagamenti;
- Supportare il Restaurant Manager nella gestione del personale e dei turni, nella predisposizione degli ordini di acquisto;
- Supervisionare il corretto svolgimento del turno;
- Supervisionare la gestione della squadra;
**REQUISITI**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Assistant Store Manager (preferibile nel settore Ristorazione Commerciale);
- Proattività ed energia;
- Passione per il lavoro di squadra;
- Cura della crescita del team e delle singole persone;
**INQUADRAMENTO E BENEFIT**:

- Contratto a tempo determinato o contratto a tempo indeterminato a seconda del profilo scelto;
- Retribuzione fissa (commisurata all’esperienza maturata e definita in fase di ultimo colloquio), sistema incentivante variabile al raggiungimento di obiettivi;
