Attitude Srl, a company specializing in the development of marketing strategies, is hiring a:
**_PARTNERSHIP & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER_**

Key Responsibilities:

- Become an expert in Attitude's solutions for companies interested in outsourcing all or part of their Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Identification of new markets, revenue potential, and potential Partners
- Building, maintain and convert pipeline. Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression, meetings and general activity
- Adapt recommendations to suit Client/Partner needs
- Evaluation of customer projects and complete preparation for handover to Project Leader
- Gather Partner feedback to enhance services and Partner experience
- Continuous monitoring of market development and providing of appropriate analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- At least 5 years experience in similar role
- Proven record in building and managing sales & service channels
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
- Go to market - creative approach in targeting and executing within given markets
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- P.IVA

Attitude's headquarter is in Rome, Italy
