**The partner**:
Ricerchiamo un **Compliance Officer** per azienda operante nel settore chimico.

**The role**:

- Garantire che l'azienda rispetti le leggi e le normative vigenti.
- Assicurarsi che l'azienda abbia una documentazione adeguata e che i processi interni siano in linea con le normative.
- Formare e informare il personale sull'importanza della conformità.
- Collaborare con le autorità competenti per la gestione di eventuali controlli e ispezioni.

**Requisiti**:
**Mandatory skills**:

- Formazione in campi assimilabili.
- Esperienza pregressa maturata nel ruolo.
- Conoscenza delle normative di legge e delle procedure di controllo e verifica.
- Forte capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con diverse funzioni aziendali.
- Ottime doti relazionali.
