**MISSION**

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issuing orders within the ERP system (SAP) for façon production, for internal production (cutting phase) and for the pre-series of new launches;
- Analysing the workload of suppliers and, in accordance with the priorities set by Demand Planning, monthly definition of production order assignments by monitoring the planning through the use of.xls spreadsheets;
- Interaction with Warehouse & Logistics Team for the creation of picking lists and the sending of materials (Out-bound delivery);
- Negotiation of façon prices and preparation of the related data with the _Business Controlling_ team for the elaboration of the standard costs of the new collections;
- Visits to suppliers (on a monthly basis) for production monitoring and review of prices/delivery plans
- Pre-loading or system loading of the quantity of finished product that the supplier is preparing to send to the Logistics Centre, taking care to verify the transport documentation and returning to the supplier the confirmation for the start of logistics operations (In-Bound Delivery);
- Creation of new vendors in the system by finding the necessary documentation for supplier activation in master data and validation in a CSR perspective
- Participation in meetings between the Supply Chain team in Florence and the team in HQ (Hamburg) to share information on production progress and new orders.

**PROFILE**
- Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent;
- 5-7 years of experience in the leather goods and /or Footwear Industry in positions of Production Planning and Control;
- Good knowledge of the phases of leather production;
- Good English Level (level B2 or higher);
- Good command of Excel (Pivot, Macro etc.);
- Methodological, numerical and analytical approach
- Negotiation skills
