**Accountabilities**:

- Management of the Global Insurance Program and coordination of the Regional referents for the local Insurance (Master Program Applications and PLP).
- Yearly activities for the Global Insurance Programs renewals: collection and critical verification of the group data received, drafting of reports according to the internal functions needs (Finance, HR, FP&A, etc)
- Management of project insurance (placement, certification, premium payments etc.)
- Participation to the bidding team for the analysis of the insurance contractual requirements and relevant cost estimation.
- Participation to the Insurance Working Groups in PPP Projects and tenders
- Participation to loss-prevention activities with third party partners.
- Check and analysis of the insurance section of the contracts with third party / suppliers in relation to projects / assignments considering the Group guidelines and internal standards.
- Management of the Employee Benefit Program (Medical expenses, Health & Accident, expat policies)
- Claims management: receipt and correct notification of local claims. Follow-up activities

**Required Skills**:

- Degree in Law or Economics
- At least 5 years’ experience as Insurance Broker in top international firm or internal Insurance Department in multinational companies
- Deep knowledge of the main Insurance international contracts and products
- Deep knowledge and previous experience of PPP Projects
- Good knowledge of Office suite
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Travel 15%

**Education/Qualifications**
Degree in Law

**Languages**

Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
