We are currently seeking a People BP & Transformation Trainee who will report to the Senior HR Business Partner of HEINEKEN Italia in Milan.

The People BP & Transformation Trainee will support the People Partner in:

- Change Management Activities supporting Partesa Transformation Project and new ways of working: org design; capability assessment & upskilling plans; Transformational Leadership initiatives; surveys.
- Implementation of all people management related processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Review, Budgeting, Employee Relations
- Recruitment of junior profiles: from the phone interviews to assessment centers and interviews
- Support in onboarding process of new starters, from administrative tasks (eg utilities, devices) to induction plans
- Drafting and checking documentation
- Monitoring of special projects HR related
- Master's Degree in Humanities/Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- upper intermediate as minimum level (B2)
- Full MS Office working proficiency
