**Your role**
- As a **Quality Release Officer**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing production documentation and managing deviations according to required timelines.
- Conducting batch record reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Managing deviations and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
- Providing training and support to all internal functions to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Cooperating with all internal functions to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Your qualifications**
- To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

- A scientific degree with at least one year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in drafting procedures, investigation reports, and operational documentation related to department activities.**Your new team**
- The team consists of 6 people who deal with batch record review and management of all activities related to batch release (deviation management, CAPA,etc.).
- The team, however, is responsible for supporting all GMP activities of the various departments
