Head of Controlling

LHH is looking for dynamic company providers of advanced plastic piping systems a Head of Controlling on base Genoa ( National travel in the week).
The Head of Controlling will support the CFO and General Management in the definition and development of strategic choices. She/He will work with the Italy's controlling team ( 5 people) and this role will involve working on both regional and European activities about implementation new ERP and procedures.
**Job Main Accountabilities**:
Improve preventing reporting and controlling of the impacts over financial and business performance;
Ensurace accurate and timely financial management information is prepared with detailed analysis of the business, drive accurate forecasting;
Lead the Budget and Forecast process according to the HQ Group;
Work in close partnership with the controlling team to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as monthly re-forecasts;
Conduct regular review meetings with business leaders and related teams to act as a key point of contact for own area to support business and investment proposals;
Preparation of ad hoc Business cases with the different stakeholders;
Develop, implement, manage and optimize cost review for own area to ensure costs are reported and optimized;
Update the cost nature and cost center analysis in line with specification received by the HQ Group
Responsible for monthly/recurrent presentation of financial performance for own area, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk;
Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior leaders and their teams
Support and contribute to the overall streamline of finance controlling process and tools;
Be advocate of Financial Knowledge competencies and Company financial objectives amongst non Finance colleagues in strong coordination with the rest of Finance Team.
**Professional requirements**:
Bachelor in Economics, Finance or related field
8 years experience in controlling ( industrial, financial) in multinational companies, possibly in leading position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Implementantion’s experience with new ERP's ( preferible SAP4Hana)
Strong written, oral and presentations skills with demonstrated experience communicating information to executive management
Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Italian fluent - English fluent
