Our Client is one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies focused on the development of innovative therapeutic solutions.**Il Ruolo**:

The position will be part of the Global Strategic Controlling Team an will be in charge of the day-by-day management and participation to the overall reporting and analysis processes, supporting the Head of Global Strategic Controlling for all cross-reference topics within the Controlling team.
Main responsibilities:

- Analysis & Design in support of the Head of Department: analyze and understand the business requirements in order to define the best solutions for supporting the business processes and drive directly global finance projects in respect of timeline and budget allocated;
- Prepare monthly reporting package and book for Top management, evaluating the effectiveness of processes and proposing corrective actions, with a view to continuous improvement of both the company processes and timeliness and data accuracy;
- Improve existing consolidation, forecast and corporate performance reporting tools & processes acting as focal point in the event of any query/issue/developments/improvements;
- Preparing the consolidated monthly closing reporting, forecasts, budget, short and mid term plan;
- Responsible for TP IC policy data calculation and consolidation postings;
- Ensure reconciliation between Managerial Accounting and General Accounting;
- Work closely with business partners and finance team to ensure monthly input of financial reporting and analysis in line with due dates;
- Responsible for coordination and data input of all statistical questionnaires required from external organizations under Controlling dept responsibility;
- Elaborate Headcount/CoL reports and analysis partnering with HR dept;
- Elaborate data and support fiscal consultant to obtain Patent box fiscal credit;
- Process monitoring and support to R&D controller on Tax credit calculation;
- Standardize and harmonize reports;
- Identify risks/opportunities in finance processes;
- Participate to projects/analysis ad hoc related to relevant initiatives.

**I Requisiti**:

- University Master degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management / Administration;
- An overall experience of 10 years within Accounting/Controlling/System Integration / Consulting;
- Systems’ know-how: experience and knowledge of SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) and Business Intelligence tools highly appreciated;
- Microsoft Office & Programming: strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel must-have);
- Communicative skills: excellent communicative skills and ability to communicate to Senior Management;
- Multi-tasking: agile thinking and ability to work on many projects at the same time, being in touch with different stakeholders from Finance/Controlling/ IT / Other dept.;
- Self-starter: ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment combined with data accuracy and fast reaction in case of ad hoc initiative;
- Team-player: work cooperatively and effectively in team to achieve the goals;
- Fluent English.
