**Job Summary**
The Prospect Acquisition Specialist is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining very good business relationship with prospect customers (end-users). Generate new business lead explaining our technology solutions using outbound calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, digital webinars and event using consultative and influencing selling techniques.
Location: Brescia, Italy (Smart Working)
**Responsibilities**
- Research, profiling and lead generation activities of potential lead (end-users - IT Manager Target).
- Develop and execute against demand and pipeline generation activities with existing Channel Partners - which includes account mapping, cold-calling and prospecting.
- Makes telephone calls, videoconference and face to face meeting to existing and prospective customers.
- Lead generation activities by LinkedIn Sales Navigator, direct mailing and cold-calling.
- Constant monitoring of leads and sales process in our CRM.
- Actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- KPI monthly monitoring, analysis and preparation of recovery plan action.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and able to learn fast new products and technologies.
- Thorough understanding of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to motivate, train and work closely with our channel partners.
- Ability to maintain relationships with customer, prospect and channel partners.
- Knowledge of digital marketing elements (example LinkedIn Sales navigator), commercial pipelines and CRM is a preferential element.
- Interpersonal skills in dealing with different business functions and with the sales network.
- Ability to work in a smart, modern and rapidly evolving context.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Experience in the IT B2B Industry
- Previous experience with a demonstrated track record of success in lead generation and sales is an asset
- Technical background is a plus
