**About the job**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate the **screening and background check process**, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Manage **contract preparation and signature tracking** through DocuSign or similar tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting operations.
- ** 3-4 years of experience** in a Talent Operations, Recruiting Administration, or HR support role.
- ** Background in Legal or HR Administration** is a plus.
- Experience working in **remote and global teams**.
- Excellent **attention to detail** and strong organizational skills.
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
