**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and engage children during afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including homework assistance, creative arts, sports, and other recreational programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and confidence among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues about student progress, needs, or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the classroom or activity spaces.
- Adhere to the program's policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively and handle any behavioral issues with patience and professionalism.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in designing activities that appeal to various age groups.
- Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
