ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

The resource will perform an Executive PhD 4 years program in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano.

He/She will contribute to the eyewear innovation on the market through the creation of internal know-how and deep understanding about our product and processes, collaborating with universities and research centers.

The resource should be able to have a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the process and be able to correctly identify the major criticalities that could pose a risk for project delivery.
- organize a research project with multiple and complex activities and how to analyzed the collected data
- define projects steps and milestones
- collected and rationalize data, present projects results to the stakeholder
- solve and face project problems
- propose pro-actively new solutions
- production of scientific research by writing articles, participation to conference, patents

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

- You have a good experience in innovation projects, material engineering, polymers
- You have good experience with polymer processing, material characterization, technological scouting and feasibility studies

- You are an excellent performer with a proven excellence in academic life, and of course this is written in your CV
- You achieved or are going to achieve a Master Degree in Engineering or Chemistry
