Siamo alla ricerca di un **Director of Sales & Marketing** per il **THOMPSON ROME**, hotel 5 stelle nel cuore di **Roma** che aprirà a fine 2025.
Con circa 69 camere, il Thompson Rome si distinguerà per uno stile moderno e un concept lifestyle che fonde design contemporaneo e autentica ospitalità italiana.
**Descrizione del ruolo**
Il Director of Sales & Marketing sarà responsabile della strategia Sales dell’hotel e si dedicherà alla costruzione di nuove partnership, supervisionando tutte le attività di vendita e formando il proprio team.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi ADR in coordinamento con il dipartimento Revenue
- Promuovere il concetto di Lifestyle Luxury Thompson
- Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata del portfolio aziendale: storia, operazioni, servizi, per sostenere la promozione continua del gruppo
- Pianificare, organizzare e supportare il piano strategico e il budget
- Collaborare con la gestione centralizzata per lo sviluppo di strategie e tattiche
**Requisiti per la posizione**:
- Esperienza mínima di 5 anni nel settore dell’ospitalità
- Esperienza in pre-opening
- Laurea in economia o simili
- Buona conoscenza di partner, eventi e fiere per attrarre domanda da mercati specifici
- Esperienza pregressa come Director of Sales & Marketing o ruolo simile
