IT Service Manager

Job Description

In order to continue the expansion of our Accounting and Outsourcing Services, we are currently looking for a IT Service Manager to join our team based in Milan. You will be working with a wide range of different size clients, in a flexible and dynamic work environment with the opportunity to join our international working and training programs.

You will have opportunities to work on the delivery of national projects with the goal of improving the teams' processes and quality and creating efficiencies through developing and embracing new ways of working.

**As a IT Service Manager you will be required to**:
Improve efficiency of processes through documenting business requirements, researching and developing solutions and training and implementing new ways of working or using new technology
Manage software effectively, to maximize usage and minimize the cost for the business. Manage the relationship with some key suppliers
Maintain a market leading knowledge of technology solutions and the digital landscape, both generally and specific to accounting and finance
Lead multiple client engagements to provide timely client deliverables and effective budget management
Consult, work with, and service clients to make recommendations on business improvement
Recruit, create and lead a new team.
