**Posizione**:
**Inside Sales Specialist**

La risorsa, inserita nel team customer avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- contattare potenziali clienti da liste prospect e CRM
- analizzare eventuali potenzialità dei clienti e organizzare le visite per il team commerciale
- attività di mailing promozionale
- gestire le necessità dei clienti, dall'inserimento ordine fino alla sua evasione
- supportare le attività di lead generation ideate dal marketing

**Requisiti**:
Il-La Inside sales specialist ideale ha le seguenti competenze e caratteristiche:

- esperienza in qualità di customer service, addetta-o telemarketing, call center, inside sales di almeno 3 anni
- ottimo approccio telefonico
- ottima dialettica
- orientamento ai risultati

Si offre un iniziale contratto di 12 mesi, finalizzato al tempo indeterminato, ccnl commercio, orario di lavoro 8.30-12.30, 14.00-18.00
