**Who we are**

Degen Agency (the fully remote cloud agency) is offering a paid internship/training for a Program Manager position.

**The Role**

Accompanied by Degen’s Founders, you will be trained to **guide and maintain Degen's Objectives & Key Results (OKR) strategy **integrating it into our organizational culture. You will also proactively **identify opportunities for improvement **and work with leadership to take action and collect data, in order to measure results and impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the executive leadership team, helping plan priorities and ensuring alignment across the entire organization using the OKR methodology.
- Develop and socialize an organizational OKR vision and strategy with Degen leadership, and facilitate yearly and quarterly top-level OKR creation and integration.
- Ensure operational excellence and superb execution on cross-functional and cross-service activities.
- Provide leadership as well as project and program management on cross-functional and cross-service activities.
- Create, implement and monitor key success metrics to validate progress, alignment, and overall engagement with the OKR framework and to inform continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop and lead training and coaching programs on OKR principles, processes and tools for all employees.
- Develop and lead an OKR champion network partnering with team leaders and Project Managers to facilitate OKR creation and assessment on a quarterly cycle.
- Model the operational excellence mindset by approaching work initiatives with curiosity and by challenging the status quo.
- Foster a culture that embraces and reinforces Degen's core values.

**Experience And Skills**
- Ability to work in a complex environment;
- Sound planning & analysis skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Creative & innovative thinking.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Engineering/Economics or similar;
- Knowledge of OKR methodology;
- Knowledge of digital marketing world;
- Brilliant Academic Record;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
