**Poste**:

- Il Product Development Specialist ha il compito di coordinare lo sviluppo dei nuovi progetti dell’Atelier dal primo briefing sul prodotto fino all’approvazione finale da parte dell’Ufficio Stile e successiva validazione del processo di produzione.
- Responsabilità principali del ruolo:

- Gestire il lancio, la costruzione e l’animazione del progetto garantendone la corretta pianificazione nel rispetto delle deadline
- Pilotare i vari step di validazione dall’approvazione del designer fino al lancio del processo di produzione
- Definire e pianificare l’assortimento delle materie prime e delle varie componenti
- Coordinare l’equipe di progetto interfacciandosi con i vari interlocutori e funzioni aziendali (Uff. Stile, Qualità, Planning, Acquisti, Headquarter e dipartimenti conivolti) e fornitori esterni
- Analizzare i rischi, anticipare problematiche legate alla realizzazione del prodotto del prodotto, definire e seguire eventuali test qualità
- Produrre reportistica, analisi e monitoraggio Kpi

**Profil**:

- Laurea di primo o secondo livello
- Solida esperienza in ruoli similari di project management maturata in contesti industriali - siti manifatturieri
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore produzione pelletteria Lusso e conoscenza materie prime di riferimento.
- Necessaria un’ottima conoscenza della lingua francese e di un buon inglese
- Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office
- Eccellenti doti analitiche, di organizzazione e pianificazione del lavoro
- Capacità di team-building e di creare engagement
- Forte propensione alla gestione di processi ed al coordinamento di risorse.
- Ottime doti di comunicazione e gestione della contrattazione.
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e all’estero
