**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in installation and commissioning, site acceptance testing, routine maintenance, oil treatment etc.;
- Capability to perform **Low Voltage test**at site will be a plus;
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for installation and commissioning activities;
- Prepare all documents and report to be signed by the customer representative. Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed;
- Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future;
- Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service;

Your background:

- Technical diploma;
- Good knowledge of both **Italian**and **English**;
- Experience in a similar role inside Transformers field is considered a plus;
- Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians;
- Flexibility and problem solving skills are nice to have;
- Availability to **travel mainly in Italy & Europe**(90-100%).
