Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in managing highly complex and ambiguous processes and projects
Amazon Marketplace continues to evolve to be the best place for third party (3P) Selling Partners of all sizes to reach out to hundreds of millions of Customers by leveraging our tools and services.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer obsessed, and highly motivated Marketplace Productivity Improvement EU Lead to define optimal resource allocation to support the expansion of the international seller business on the European Amazon websites and help them grow on the Amazon Marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for the resource allocation plan that will enable Amazon Marketplace to deliver on its key strategic pillars.
This role provides a real opportunity to have visibility on all EU 3P activities and work with EU 3P Leadership to address reverent trade-offs to inform resources allocation, building robust basis for the execution of 3P business plan. You will work autonomously, with a consultancy approach, taking responsibility for consolidating different 3P teams' plans in one coherent vision.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage end to end EU 3P Variable HC planning cycle
- Manage relationship with ISS Productivity
- Engage senior Stakeholders (L7+) to reach agreement on EU 3P investment priorities
- Drive VP/Director level reviews on EU 3P Business Plan, highlighting trade-offs, debates and risks

MBA preferred
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
