**BUILDING THE POSSIBILITIES.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST**:

- Collects, sorts, classifies, and registers (primary accounting) documents in electronic journals and books.
- Follows up on different reports and checks on a monthly basis.
- Assists with preparation of VAT reports (at a later stage).
- Participates in the monthly closing of the accounts in the general ledger and supports the financial reporting (at a later stage).
- Reconciles bank and vendor statements;
- Contacts vendors making sure all documents are collected on time.
- Handles ad-hoc requests in a timely manner;

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**:

- Experience with accounting
- 1-2 years, preferable in an international company.
- Previous experience in booking invoices, receipts, expenses, bank reconciliation etc.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Good level of professionalism in Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite, COUPA, ERP- an advantage.
- Extremely organized with high attention to details. Ability to prioritize tasks and functions well under stress.
- Loyal, discreet, handle confidential and sensitive information.
