Il Product Manager dell’abbigliamento da lavoro avrà la responsabilità dello sviluppo commerciale dell'area di prodotto designata gestendo una gamma di prodotti e di fornitori al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali. Avrà anche il compito della produzione del catalogo annuale e di tutte le attività promozionali previste dal Piano di marketing annuale.
**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ**:
- Gestire la gamma prodotti assegnata (abbigliamento da lavoro) dal punto di vista degli acquisti, del marketing e della normativa;
- Studiare e analizzare la quota di mercato, l'evoluzione e le tendenze per definire la strategia sulla gamma di prodotti in linea con gli obiettivi di Intersafe e in linea con le policy del Gruppo;
- Negoziare con i fornitori le condizioni di acquisto e i contratti richiesti;
- Negoziare con il fornitore e implementare il piano di marketing per tutti i prodotti della famiglia assegnata ottimizzandone al contempo la spesa e massimizzandone i contributi;
- Realizzare in modo efficace il lay-out del catalogo e dei volantini con il relativo database nei tempi previsti dall'azienda;
- Elaborare quotazioni e prezzi appropriati per raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e margine, tenendo conto dell'analisi della concorrenza;
- Analizzare i risultati economici (vendite, margine, evoluzione, promozioni...) della gamma di prodotti assegnati per garantire il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo Intersafe nei tempi previsti;
- Collaborare con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali per lo sviluppo della categoria assegnata;
- Supportare la forza vendita, sia SMB che Large Account, con formazione e background tecnico;
- Collaborare con il Safety Marketing Team in tutte le attività necessarie per gestire ed espandere il business.
**REQUISITI E COMPETENZE**:
- Laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Tessile o Economia Aziendale o rilevante esperienza lavorativa nel settore;
- Fluente in italiano e inglese;
- L'esperienza pregressa nella gestione del prodotto di abbigliamento protettivo da lavoro;
- Conoscenza della legislazione, della certificazione e del mercato dell’abbigliamento protettivo da lavoro;
- Forti capacità di negoziazione;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, di ascolto, interpersonali e analitiche;
- Capacità di rispettare le scadenze sotto pressione;
- Disponibile a viaggiare;
- Competente nell'uso del PC (competente nell'uso di Microsoft Excel, Word e PowerPoint).
