Now we are looking for a **Junior** **Photo Editor & Retoucher**for our Media & Communication department.

**Posizione**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Retouch and edit photos to create high-quality images for use in print, web, and sales materials.
- Work with a variety of image types, including product photography, fashion, lifestyle, and editorial.
- Removes imperfections, adjust lighting, color correct, and enhance images to meet the aesthetic and brand standards.
- Ensure all images are consistent with the overall visual identity of the brand or project.
- Collaborate with internal photographer and graphic designers to understand the project vision and deliver on creative objectives.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in editing and consistency across all images.
- Organize and manage files, including raw and edited images, within designated digital systems.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher, Digital Imaging Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software.
- Knowledge of color theory, composition, and photographic techniques.
- Excellent eye for detail and a strong understanding of image aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with batch processing, masking, and advanced retouching techniques is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- At least 1-3 years' experience
