Corporate Quality Management ricerchiamo per Azienda di medie dimensioni, Gruppo Multinazionale con Plant produttivo nella Provincia di Bologna, specializzata nella progettazione e produzione meccanica di precisione. Alla risorsa sarà affidato il ruolo di rappresentare la "qualità prodotto dell'intero core business" verso Clienti, fornitori, Audit certificativi, ed organizzare e supervisionare il lavoro team area qualità presente nello stesso Plant. Sono richieste le necessarie seguenti skill: Laurea Tecnica con esperienza decennale nel ruolo di Quality Specialist o Product Manager settore metalmeccanico Padronanza della lingua inglese (avrà Manager Corporate USA e UE come diretti referenti) Esperienza pregressa nella gestione e conduzione di un team suo diretto, avendo acquisito sul campo caratteristiche di leadership, del saper delegare, e del saper fare scelte strategiche nel breve, medio e lungo termine Sapersi confrontare con gli altri Manager Area funzionali di un plant manifatturiero quali R&S, acquisti, manufacturing, e nell'organizzazione aziendale avrà un accesso diretto con il CEO dello stesso Plant.
