**LA TUA NUOVA POSIZIONE**:
Stiamo cercando un* **Floor Manager** che si unisca al nostro team di Bolzano.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’**:
Riportando all* Store Manager, sarai responsabile della gestione generale del reparto. Dovrai garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e il massimo livello di servizio ai clienti. Sarai responsabile di guidare e motivare il suo team e di mantenere un'atmosfera attiva e piacevole nel negozio in ogni momento.
- Garantire e fornire un eccellente livello di servizio al cliente nel negozio.
- Assicurarti che il team abbia una buona conoscenza dei prodotti e sia consapevole degli indicatori chiave di performance.
- Conoscere e offrire servizi in base alle esigenze dei clienti per massimizzare le vendite.
- Organizzare e distribuire compiti e posizioni a ciascun membro del team.
- Assicurare l'attuazione, il raggiungimento e il superamento degli obiettivi di vendita nel reparto.
- Dare priorità al servizio clienti rispetto a tutti gli altri compiti
- Comunicare attivamente con il team e trasmettere qualsiasi informazione che possa influire sulle vendite.
- Coadiuvare ogni dipendente nella sua formazione e nel suo sviluppo, dando l'esempio.
