Global Marketing Intern

**Gruppo Lactalis Italia**è alla ricerca di un/a brillante laureando/a o neolaureato/a da inserire all’interno della Direzione Global Marketing.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Global Marketing Lactalis che lavora sulle categorie Milk & Drinks e riportando al Global Marketing Director, supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:
- Monitoraggio della performance del brand (sell-in/sell-out) e dei segmenti chiave di latte e succhi nelle aree geografiche più importanti;
- Monitoraggio del lancio di nuovi prodotti e della nuova comunicazione da parte dei principali concorrenti in tutto il mondo;
- Collaborazione nello sviluppo di concetti e prodotti innovativi;
- Gestione quotidiana delle richieste dei team di zona;
- Supporto nell'implementazione di best practices (innovazione, comunicazione, digitale, ecc.).
**REQUISITI RICHIESTI**
- Percorso di laurea in Economia preferibilmente con specializzazione in Marketing o Comunicazione;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus;
- Ottima conoscenza e padronanza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Curiosità e passione per il mondo Marketing;
- Esperienza precedente in team internazionali di marketing sarà considerata un plus;
- Spiccate attitudini relazionali e di public speaking;
- Organizzazione, energia e orientamento al risultato;
- Proattività, doti analitiche e di comprensione dei dati.
