**Job Description**:

- Responsible for supporting the build-up and management of the dispatching team which supports the wholesale activities of the Group. Core tasks of the team include nomination activities, asset optimization, capacity booking and position balancing on a 24/7 basis
- Ensure a suitable shift schedule is maintained and provide training to new and existing team members
- Promote dispatching process improvement through strong collaboration with Gas Logistics team
- Reporting to the Head of Gas Logistics, ensure the commercial goals of the Front office teams are successfully met utilizing good judgment and prioritization

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business or engineering
- Relevant experience in the gas trading industry, within a gas dispatching capacity
- Clear track record of team management and team training experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work effectively in a team environment that is fast-paced and highly deadline-driven
- Ability to read and comprehend policies, procedures, and instructions effectively
- Fluent in English, additional European language skills are advantageous
