Operations are now seeking a talented Logistic RTV Specialist to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: our plant in Landriano, Pavia, Lombardy, IT

Reporting into: Logistics Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

- Support Logistic manager in the improvement and optimization of costs and processes related to RTV (Return to Vendor) activities.
- Interact with Business Departments and Finance for the operational management of supplies for sale\deposit and purchase for return process to supplier.
- On indication of Logistics Manager, work closely with 3PL to monitor the process priorities and their proper implementation.
- Interact with Merchandising\Finance to support management of vendor relationship.
- Contact point for 3PL to manage criticalities\ non conformities that are manifested in the process of return to supplier.
- Interact with the Department of Transport to request the necessary documentation for the goods return
- Work closely as a contact point for operational issues.The type of person we are looking for:

- Fluent in English and Italian, the knowledge of another language is a plus
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Curious and willing to learn
- Problem-solving skills and results-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
