**Role Purpose**:
The IT Manager in Design & Delivery wihin the IT organization, is responsible for the delivery of Business Support Systems (BSS), especially for Sales Channel systems. Responsible for business critical initiatives for all customer segments (Consumer, SOHO, SME).

**You will be involved in the following tasks**:

- Identify business solutions in the IT Sales Channel area, in alignment with IT Architecture team guidelines
- Grant the correct and effective business involvement and alignment in all project phases
- Effectively manage the Sales design&delivery team, including Vendors, in order to guarantee time to market, best use of the budget, compliancy to user requirements
- Grant alignment between business and IT target
- Manage the stakeholders involved, both business and technical side
- Report results and criticalities to senior managers

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Collect business goals and agree on the deliverable benefits of the requirements in order to provide best concept and solution for a requirement
- Actively cooperate with his/her contacts both within Technology (local and global) as well as Business
- Actively drive continuous optimization of related costs

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience in Telco market
- Experience of people management
- Experience of budget management
- Experience with waterfall and agile development and approach
- Problem Solving skills

**Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Computer Science)
- At least 10 years of experience in IT development industry
- IT Systems / Software development lifecycle knowledge is required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience of project management
