**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Account Executive** to support our efforts in establishing and growing our presence in the Baltic defense market. This role is critical to our expansion and success in a highly competitive sector. You will focus on building strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our cutting-edge technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Growth & Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Baltic defense entities and key defense partners.
- Develop and execute tailored business strategies to achieve measurable revenue and market share growth.
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging market analysis and competitor insights.

**Sales & Client Engagement**
- Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of Harmattan AI’s technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive sales.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with R&D, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and insights to the executive team.

**Stakeholder & Government Relations**
- Cultivate relationships with operators, end-users, and high-ranking officials.
- Represent Harmattan AI at high-profile meetings, negotiations, and industry events to enhance market positioning.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3+ years in business development or sales in the defense sector.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Familiarity with advanced defense technologies.
- ** Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and deliver effective product demonstrations.
- ** Strategic Insight**: Strong understanding of the defense sector procurement process and key market players.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- ** Adaptability**: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to navigating dynamic challenges and seizing opportunities.
