NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts and looks for:
INDUSTRY RELATIONS SPECIALIST

The Industry Relations Specialist reporting hierarchically to the Industry Relations Supervisor assures the project management and all activities for transversal projects in collaboration with involved academic areas. He/she will develop the external relations with companies and partners’ network and will nurture the cooperation with internal stakeholders. He/she will be in charge of supporting the development of a communication strategy for the B2B target.
- Assure the project management with the involved parties (industry, faculty and students);
- Supervise activities for transversal projects (Design Marathon, Fashion Show, Institutional Contests, and others projects ) in collaboration with involved academic areas.
- Assure the organizational aspects of Design Marathon and assigned workshops, ensuring the coordination of all the activites of suppliers, IT, faclities and external teachers involved.
- Develop a Communication strategy for the B2B target in collaboration with NABA Communication office and Digital Marketing office, taking part in weekly meeting between offices in which he/she reports communication needs of the companies and proposes solutions to increase projects visibility (es. customized videos and photos production, press and targeted events for companies stakeholders).
- Establish and manage the relationships with new potential external partners in order to create new collaboration opportunities for NABA and maintain the relathionships with existing clients;
- Organize all the activites aimed at developing of the visual identity for assigned workshops and Design Marathon following the guidelines of the brands involved (example: the realization of online and offline communication materials, brochures, presentations, merchandising, etc ).
- Support the Industry Relations Supervisor in the planning and delivery of the Professional Development Programs (PDP) in collaboration with Faculty, focusing on the graphic creation of the material supporting the course.
- Develop and organizes a system to keep in touch and nurture the companies pipeline, involving the companies in NABA events.
- Assure assignment of awards for talented students involved in the contest.

Job requirements:
Minimum of 2/3 years in role.

He/she has a strong interpersonal and organizational skills, has excellent project management skills and an ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines, is detail-oriented, strategic thinker and problem solver. He/She is a great communicator and a team player.

Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools.

Would be a plus a knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

B2 level of English and fluent Italian are key
